Optional bench - After a banded based warmup, we're going to focus on two blocks of work for this class that'll consist of 4 exercises each. There are some movements where I will be using the bench but it is not essential. This is a simple but classic chest and back style workout, featuring a nice mix of bilateral & unilateral movements. Enjoy!
