Ass, core+shoulders #3

After a thorough 'booty' warmup we go straight into our first set of dumbbell work focusing on three main exercises for the class. Combining reps and isometric holds, your glutes and core are in for a treat! Shoulder work today is in tabata format; short, but intense.
