Our annual membership is for you if you’re committed to your fitness journey. You not only save with the membership, but get a number of perks including our branded resistance and booty bands RRP £40, discounts on in-person events and exclusive early access to special releases & merch drops.
If you’re not in the UK and worried about missing out on events; we recommend going for the annual membership anyway because bands are included which makes it better value for money since you’ll need them for certain classes. Try it for the first month, and we can always switch your account to another membership.
Our workouts are tailored for absolutely all levels. We offer both progressions and regressions. the best part is; you can stop and start the workout whenever you need to suit your pace.
We have classes on the app featuring either bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, barbells or treadmills. You can enjoy the GRNDHOUSE experience with no equipment at all, but for a more varied selection of classes we recommend a pair of dumbbells you feel comfortable lifting. For the ultimate GRNDHOUSE experience, also having access to a barbell and a treadmill will allow you to do all of our classes on the app.
Generally, our clients start to see results if they commit to three to four workouts a week over four weeks. However, for best results, consistency is key. Hear more about results from our community here.
Your GRNDHOUSE membership is completely non-committal and you can cancel any time you want before your next renewal date. Head to your account settings to cancel.
